Melissa Augusto, the visionary behind STARRY Business Solutions since June 2000, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With over three decades of expertise spanning administrative, product marketing, and management domains, she is a seasoned professional. Melissa’s academic foundation includes an Honours BA degree from the University of Western Ontario, and she holds certifications in Extended DISC and Devine Inventory, alongside expertise in InterviewRight by the Devine Group.
With a history of exceptional performance in the High Tech industry, Melissa ascended the corporate ranks, progressing from an administrative assistant to the role of Product Marketing Manager. She adeptly managed accounts for prestigious corporations like Intel, Toshiba, and Motorola, showcasing her expertise. Melissa’s professional journey encompasses a broad spectrum of office management facets, ranging from smaller private enterprises to major Fortune 500 companies. This diverse experience has endowed Melissa with a holistic grasp of the unique demands presented by small, medium, and corporate businesses, allowing her to skillfully tailor her abilities to meet their specific needs.
